I've spent the past 20+ years working at B2B SaaS and PaaS companies, split fairly evenly between the business and technical sides of the house—from early-stage startups to scaled platforms, including GovTech and social impact start-ups. I specialize in turning unclear or underperforming go-to-market motions into systems that generate predictable pipeline, revenue, and strategic leverage.

Two of my core strengths are building pipeline and improving funnel conversion.

As a classically trained marketer with 10+ years of growth hacking experience, I bring a product-minded, systems-oriented approach to growth. I focus on experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making to uncover leverage across the funnel. I'm a seasoned startup operator and I'm comfortable being uncomfortable.

For the past 15+ years, I've reported directly to executive leadership at companies ranging from pre-seed to Series B, including bootstrapped organizations scaling to eight figures in ARR. I've partnered closely with the C-Suite, VPs, and cross-functional leaders, built board- and exec-level reporting, managed complex stakeholder environments, and led teams as well as contractors, consultants, and agencies. That experience has shaped my ability to identify critical paths, operate effectively under pressure, and deliver results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Colleagues tend to value my ability to balance strategy with execution. I work collaboratively within existing leadership structures, translating business goals into practical systems, processes, and plans that teams can execute against with clarity and accountability.

When I'm not in front of a screen, I enjoy volunteering, public speaking, and exploring the beautiful Colorado Rockies with my partner and our adorable Bernese Mountain Dog, Oliver.
