The problem

The company had product-market fit—customers who found the product loved it. But they couldn't generate enough demand to sustain the business long term. Existing SEM/PPC campaigns were running, but lacked refined targeting and messaging.

Execution

The first win came from a complete SEM/PPC overhaul. Better targeting and account structure delivered excellent Quality Scores, which dramatically lowered CPCs—for examplne, branded keyword costs dropped by 25x-30x. Intent-based campaigns made it easy to rapidly iterate and optimize. With efficient acquisition in place, the focus shifted to conversion.

SEM/PPC overhaul

Rebuilt campaigns with refined targeting and messaging. Achieved excellent Quality Scores, dramatically improved click-through rates, and reduced CPCs by 25x-30x on branded keywords. Saw dramatic improvements in ROAS and CAC. Built multi-touch attribution model to help inform and optimize ad spend.

Landing pages

Built campaign- and keyword-specific landing pages with strong Core Web Vitals. A/B tested multiple variations of each page with Mixpanel to find the best converters.

Sign-up & onboarding

Improved the sign-up flow and UX to reduce friction and improve conversions. Redesigned the customer onboarding experience to guide users to value faster.

Engagement & retargeting

Integrated Intercom for in-app chat and email sequencese to engage users during and after free trial. Launched retargeting campaigns to re-engage trial users who hadn't activated.
